By booking and session, program, or workshop through Bara Soul Healing Therapies and Coaching, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure clarity, respect, and energetic balance between both cliSnt and practitioner.
Services
Vara Soul Healing Therapies and Coaching provides holistic and spiritual wellness services including, but not limited to
Root Cause Therapy
Trauma Informed Manifestation Coaching
Workshops, Retreats, and Online Programs
All sessions are offered in person and online via Zoom.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings are made and paid for through the Vara Soul Healing website.
Your payment will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Single Sessions
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, or you fail to attend your session, the full session fee will be forfeited.
Programs and Packages:
Sessions within a programme may be rescheduled if you contact Vara Soul Healing in advance to arrange a new time within 24 hours of the session.
Refund Policy (if selling online).
Due to the time preparation, and energy invested in each healing and coaching session, no refunds will be issued for completed or missed sessions. Exceptions my be considered only in cases of extenuating circumstance at the discretion of Vara Soul Healing.
Confidenciality
All personal information shared during the sessions is kept strictly confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except wher required by law.

Holistic and Medical Disclaimer
All services offered by Vara Soul Healing Therapies and Coaching are spiritual, energetic, and self development based. They are designed to support personal growth and emotional well-being.
